Accessibility
We want this site to work for everyone who needs to book an installation, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation or magnification.

The standard we aim for
We are working towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That is the benchmark most commonly referenced in the United States, and it is the target we hold ourselves to.
What we have done
- Pages are built with meaningful headings and landmarks, so screen readers can navigate them in a sensible order
- Every image carries alternative text, and decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology
- The whole site can be used with a keyboard, and the focused element is always visibly outlined
- Text and background colours are chosen to meet contrast requirements. Our amber is used for large elements and fills, with a darker shade for small text
- The layout reflows to small screens and to enlarged text without content being cut off
- Animation is minimal and respects the reduce motion setting in your operating system
- Form fields have real labels, and errors are announced rather than shown by colour alone
Where we know we fall short
Being straight with you is more useful than claiming perfection:
- This site has not yet had a formal independent accessibility audit
- Photographs are described briefly rather than in full detail
- As we add features such as trade account ordering, new pages will need testing before we can claim the same standard for them
Tell us when something does not work
If any part of this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, we want to hear about it, and we would rather hear too much than too little. Email [email protected] and tell us the page and what went wrong. We aim to reply within five business days and to describe what we intend to do.
If you cannot use the contact form, email us directly with the details of your job and we will take it from there. You will never be disadvantaged for reaching us a different way.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is not a box we tick once. We review it when we change the site, and this statement is updated when the position changes.
